This multifunctional building has been conceived with the idea of functionality and polyvalence. It is a rectangular shaped and covered building with a usable surface area of 77,823.80 m2. The central sports area has a surface area of 4,250 m2 and measurements of 90 x 50 metres.
The surface area of the Palacio has the following distribution: |

A three-storey underground car park, with the capacity for more than 850 cars
and 20 buses. |

Telescopic and fixed seating stands, as well as boxes situated throughout the 10 different floors of the Palacio |

· Four installations nucleuses (installations and common service towers), situated in the
four corners of the building. |
