| The Palacio de Deportes is located in one of the most central points of Madrid, in the Salamanca district. The address is Felipe II Avenue, n/n. On the days of a show or event, access can be gained from any of the following streets: Jorge Juan, Goya, Fuente del Berro or Lombía. |

How can I get there? |
| The location of the Palacio de Deportes makes it possible to use any type of public transport, although we recommend the Underground since this service is increased on the days of shows or events. You can check the Underground or bus line which is most convenient for you in our Web page. |

Is there a car park? |
| The Palacio de Deportes has a three-storey car park with 850 places, of which 550 are available to the public. Access to the car park is from both Goya and Jorge Juan Streets and payment can be made by mobile phone. |

How can I buy my entrance ticket? |
| In the events calendar section of our Web page, you can access the link of the company or promoter responsible for the ticket sales of each concert. Since the Palacio de Deportes does not have direct ticket sales, we are not able to facilitate information relative to either their availability or their location in the building. |

Can I take drinks inside? |
| You can enter the building with drinks in plastic containers provided that they are uncapped and contain no more than half a litre. There is also a snack bar service inside the Palacio de Deportes where you are able to acquire food and drink. |

Is it possible to take a photographic or video camera into the building? |
| Entering the building with photographic or video cameras is prohibited in accordance with the protection of film and image rights. |

Can I enter with a motorcycle helmet, umbrella, etc? |
| The legislation on public shows, bullfights and sports events prohibits the entry of any elements that could be considered dangerous. Unless lockers are installed by the promoter, there is no place inside the Palacio de Deportes to store this type of object. |

Is there access and seating for the disabled? |
| Access from Felipe II Square is recommended for disabled persons since this entrance has no staircase and is the nearest to the boxes equipped for the disabled. Each person has access to this zone accompanied by only one other person. |

Is it easy to attend shows with children? |
| The building is comfortable for children, since there is a snack bar service where soft drinks, sandwiches, baguettes or sweets may be purchased and each nucleus of the Palacio de Deportes has children’s toilets. |

Are the Palacio de Deportes acoustics good for concerts? |
| In the reconstruction of the new Palacio de Deportes many aspects in relation to the organisation of events have been optimised. The building has been equipped with acoustics of the highest standard so as to convert it into a reference for multifunctional installations used as a venue for concerts, operas, ballet, etc. |
